(hereinafter, “HONEST GREENS”) and the “HONEST GREENS companies” listed in the Legal Notice use cookies both on the websites https://honestgreens.com and https://www.hg.uk (hereinafter, the “Websites”, including its WebApp) and on the mobile application Honest Greens (hereinafter, the “App”).

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small data files that are downloaded to the User's device when they access the Websites or the App. They allow information about the browsing habits of the User or their device to be stored and retrieved and, depending on the information they contain, they can be used to recognise the User.

3. Types of cookies we use

  • Preference or personalisation cookies: These remember the User's choices (such as language or region).

At any time, the User may revoke or modify their consent by accessing the settings panel available on the Websites/App or by adjusting their browser settings.

The revocation of consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out previously.

HONEST GREENS and HONEST GREENS companies reserve the right to modify the Cookies of the Websites', App and WebApp at any time and, accordingly, this Cookies Policy, the Privacy Policy and other Legal Texts to the Legal Notice and Terms and Conditions) detailed above, informing the User of this through the contact details provided, with the advance notice required by mandatory regulations. In the event of modifications that require the express acceptance of the User, such acceptance will be requested before they come into effect. The User may cancel their account without penalty, in accordance with the procedure set out in the Legal Texts, if they do not accept the new conditions.

Technical recommendations:
  1. The "Reject all" button must always be visible and at the same level as the "Accept all" button.
  2. If the user only saves preferences, the system must respect their choice and not install cookies without consent.
  3. It is advisable to keep a record of consent (date, time, version of the legal text accepted) for regulatory compliance purposes.
  4. The panel must be accessible at all times (e.g. link in the footer "Configure cookies").
  5. It will need to be well programmed (HTML, CSS and JavaScript – banner and configuration panel), in accordance with the requirements of the AEPD/EU.
